Shipping policy
Hrban hue official website orders are delivered by courier companies. Your order will be processed within 48 hours, and the estimated arrival time is approximately 3-5 days after shipment.
The following services are currently unavailable, please be informed.
a. Delivery according to your designated courier company.
b. Delivery according to the date and time you specify.
c. Modify the delivery address while the order is being delivered.
If you want to know the delivery status of the ordered goods, you can check the order details page or contact the relevant courier company responsible for delivery to inquire.
d. In the event of special weather (such as rain, snow, earthquakes, etc.), traffic control and other special factors, the delivery time will be extended to a certain extent. Please refer to the arrival time of the delivery company for details.
Explanation that orders cannot be modified
Our orders are automatically processed by the system and shipped based on the product information you photographed. The order cannot be modified after it takes effect.
If you need to modify the order information and have not completed the payment, please select the product you need if it is in stock, fill in the correct delivery information, place the order, and cancel the wrong order.
※Friendly reminder: Product inventory is limited, please pay as soon as possible after placing the order.
If you need to modify the order information and the payment has been completed, please proceed with the refund according to the following conditions:
Product not shipped
1. Please apply for a refund on the order details page;
2. We will process your refund application within 1-3 working days.
※ Friendly reminder: Only the entire order can be refunded before the order is shipped. Individual refund applications for specified items in the order are not supported.
※ Once an order is applied for a refund, the refund cannot be canceled, so please proceed with caution.
Product has been shipped
1. The order cannot be canceled directly. Please select the corresponding product in the "Hrban hue account" - "My order" details page to apply for return and refund;
2. We will process the refund for you within 7 working days after receiving your returned goods.
Note: If there is no quality problem, the express delivery costs will be borne by you. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the customer service center.
