3. Regarding the 10-day no-reason return rules and procedures
1. Your right to return goods and return process
1.1 According to relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of the Hrban hue official website, the sold goods must be in good condition within 10 days from the date of receipt and signature [referring to 10 days from 0:00 on the next day after receipt and signature (including legal holidays)] , complete accessories, unwashed, unworn, no human damage, no pollution, and complete retention of tags, washing marks, and packaging, etc., support no-reason returns (except for some products that do not support no-reason returns, please see for details) following rules). b. Based on actual operating conditions, the prices of goods sold through Hrban hue’s official sales channels may be inconsistent. Hrban hue will adjust the price of goods at any time in compliance with applicable legal provisions. The price for your purchase of goods shall be based on the price specified in the relevant Hrban hue The actual purchase price when purchasing the product through hue’s official sales channel shall prevail.
c. Due to commercial promotions or price strategy adjustments, product prices may change from time to time, subject to compliance with relevant legal provisions. b. After you submit the order, the order information cannot be modified. When you submit an order, please be sure to carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size, contact address, telephone number, consignee and other information of the purchased product.

The Hrban hue official website only provides needed goods to users who purchase goods for personal, family and other non-business purposes, and only sells normal and reasonable quantities for self-use.
